BRPL LTD – Effective Immediately
General Rules & Application Period
This returns and refund policy applies to all construction tools and measuring tools sold by BRPL LTD. This policy takes effect immediately for all orders.
Customers may submit return or refund applications within 30 calendar days upon receiving the goods. For damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us and provide valid evidence within 48 hours after signature for receipt.
Eligible for Return & Refund
The following goods can be returned or refunded in compliance with the above time limit:
1. Brand new tools that are unused, complete with original packaging and all accessories, without any scratches, wear or damage.
2. Items with manufacturing defects, functional faults or quality problems that affect normal use.
3. Goods delivered incorrectly, missing accessories or damaged during transit due to logistics issues.
4. Products whose actual specifications do not match the official description on our website.
Not Eligible for Return & Refund
We do not accept return or refund requests under the following circumstances:
1. Tools that have been used, worn, scratched, bumped or deformed, which cannot be resold normally.
2. Products disassembled, modified or repaired privately by customers, resulting in damage to structure or functions.
3. Applications submitted beyond the 30-day valid application period.
4. Wrong model, size or specification selected by customers on their own, while the goods have no quality problems.
5. Goods with lost original packaging, missing parts or man-made intentional damage.
Shipping Fee Rules
All orders enjoy free standard delivery with no extra delivery charges.
The first return or exchange for each order is completely free of return shipping cost. Any subsequent returns or exchanges will be reviewed and charged on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process & Arrival Time
We will review your return or refund application within 2 working days after receipt.
Once the application is approved and the returned goods are received and inspected, we will initiate the refund within 1 to 3 working days.
All funds will be returned via the original payment channel. Normally, the refund amount will arrive in your account within 3 to 7 working days after the refund is initiated.
Disclaimer
We are not responsible for delays caused by customers failing to submit applications on time, providing incorrect information or failing to return goods as required.
We shall not be liable for secondary damage of goods during customer-owned return transportation.
We reserve the right to adjust this policy in accordance with relevant regulations, and the updated rules shall take effect immediately after publication.
