General Provisions

This shipping and delivery policy applies to all construction tools and measuring tools sold by BRPL LTD. This policy takes effect immediately and applies to all new orders placed on our official website.

By placing an order with us, you fully agree to accept all delivery rules and terms stated below.

Delivery Coverage

We provide standard delivery service to all regions within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Currently, we do not support international cross-border delivery.

Remote areas may have slight adjustments to delivery time, and we will notify customers in advance if any changes occur.

Order Processing & Lead Time

We will confirm and process all valid orders within 1 working day after payment is completed.

Standard goods will be packaged and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. For individual out-of-stock items, we will arrange restocking and delivery within 5 working days and send a notification to you.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next normal working day.

Delivery Time & Tracking

After goods are dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days to arrive at the delivery address within the UK mainland.

We will send the logistics tracking number to your reserved contact information within 24 hours after dispatch, so you can check the delivery status in real time.

Shipping Fee Rules

All products on our website enjoy completely free standard delivery, with no hidden delivery charges for all valid orders.

The first return or exchange for each order is free of return shipping fees. Any subsequent returns or exchanges will be assessed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Exception Handling

If the goods are lost, severely damaged during transportation or failed to be delivered normally, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after the expected delivery date.

We will verify the situation and arrange redelivery or follow-up solutions for you free of charge.

If delivery fails due to incorrect recipient address, unreachable contact number or customer refusing to sign for no reason, relevant risks and additional costs shall be borne by the customer.

Disclaimer

We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by force majeure, extreme weather, official logistics policy adjustments or third-party logistics service errors.

We shall not be responsible for goods damage caused by improper storage or use after the customer signs for receipt normally.

We reserve the right to adjust this policy in accordance with relevant laws and actual business conditions, and the updated content shall take effect immediately upon publication.
